Booking & Payment
All bookings, including a signed contract, must be received not less than 2 weeks prior to the event. In the unlikely event of the venue/event being refused an alcohol licence, the booking fee less any costs incurred in the alcohol licence application process will be refunded. In all other circumstances, our acceptance of a booking form, contract and full payment of the booking fee will constitute a legally binding contract between ‘Raise The Bar Limited’ and the client(s) named on the booking form. Our fees are based on the number of guests, adults and children, specified on the booking form or prior correspondence. Should there be a change to the numbers attending, either more or less, it is a condition of the booking that you inform us. In the case of a free or prepaid bar, should more people attend that have been paid for, we will give you the opportunity to pay for the additional guests at the agreed price per head. Should payment be refused, we reserve the right to close the bar and remove all stock and equipment with immediate effect.
We use a combination of vehicles and box trailers, their size and number being governed by the size of the event. We must be able to move and park these vehicles close to the entrance/exit of the venue to allow for loading and unloading.
Raise The Bar Limited does not accept liability for any failure to provide our services due to an ‘act of God’ i.e. circumstances beyond our control. A full refund of the booking fee will be given in such an event.
In the event that we are unable to provide the bar style of your choosing on the day, we reserve the right to supply an alternative bar style. This may happen in the event that irrevocable damage has occurred to one of the bars immediately prior to the event.
